We are hiring for the position of Data Entry Specialist as a remote contractor, working directly with our notary department on a part-time or full-time basis.

As a qualified Data Entry Specialist, you will work independently as a (1099) contractor, supported by our national mobile notary signing service’s tools, branding, and support.

Your duties include copying and pasting various entries into spreadsheets (such as names, emails, phone numbers) and submitting these to our HR department via email weekly. You will also toggle between websites, ensure high accuracy and attention to detail, and send email notifications to customers regarding products or services using email clients like Gmail, Yahoo, or Outlook.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and a positive, motivated attitude
  • Reliable internet and computer
  • Quiet home office setup
  • Ability to pass a felony verification check
  • At least 18 years old
  • Flexible schedule available 24/7

Compensation:

  • Paid on production and commissions, not hourly
  • $20.00 per 4,000 entries submitted
  • $15.00 commission per sale from email marketing campaigns
