Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; state requirements apply.
• Licensed Pharmacy Technician with state certification; PTCB preferred.
• Experience with pharmacy systems and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Enter new and refill prescriptions accurately and timely.
• Triage incoming fax prescriptions to ensure timely dispensing.
• Verify dosage and maintain notes in the computer system.
• Respond to customer calls with care and route as needed.
• Complete all prescriptions within the regular shift.
• Coordinate with doctors' offices for refills.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer service issues.
• Use pharmacy systems effectively (imaging, old OS).
• Collaborate with team to maintain workflow.
• Maintain data entry records for cycles and renewals.
• Assist with filing, packaging, inventory as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
