Guardian Mid-South Pharmacy in Bartlett, TN is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our growing team. Responsibilities include entering and processing prescriptions in the pharmacy system, handling customer calls, and ensuring accurate notes and dosage verification.

The role supports fast-paced operations with a focus on accuracy and courteous service. Qualified candidates will have a Pharmacy Technician license/registration per state requirements and a PTCB certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Pharmacy technician license/certification/registration per state requirements; National Certification preferred (PTCB).
• 2+ years of related experience preferred; advanced computer skills; ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Enter new and refill prescriptions into the pharmacy operating system with speed and accuracy.
• Triage incoming fax prescriptions to ensure timely dispensing.
• Verify dosing and ensure proper notes in records.
• Respond to customer calls with courtesy and professional communication.
• Assist with filing, packaging, and inventory as needed.
• Support delivery deadlines and maintain accurate data entry records.
