Job summary

QXO is seeking a Data Entry Associate to support daily production and operations in our Florida facility. You will enter production starts, work orders, inventory data, and related records into our systems, scan documents, and maintain accurate files to ensure smooth manufacturing and customer service workflows.

This role requires strong computer skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with data entry, admin support, or office administration.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution or related industries preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP software.

Responsibilities

• Enter production, inventory, and operational data into company systems accurately.
• Scan, index, and organize documents; maintain accessible records.
• Answer calls and provide administrative support to teams.
• Coordinate with production for accurate information and status updates.
