Job summary

NRI 3PL is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our Operations team in Fontana, CA. You will accurately enter data, maintain document integrity, and support shipment records for multiple clients.

The role requires strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel), attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A bilingual English/Spanish background is a plus, and lifting up to 50 lbs may be required.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of administrative experience.
• Proficient with Outlook and Excel.
• Knowledge of SSCC label creation is a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and tolerate dusty/noisy environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist with data entry and prepare documents for data entry.
• Maintain records related to inbound/outbound shipments.
• Enter documents accurately in Aspire.
• Support with label creation and use of FedEx/UPS/EDI providers.
• Locate and correct any data entry errors.
• Coordinate with staff and external contacts as needed.
• Schedule delivery and pickup appointments as needed.
• Perform other related administrative duties.
