Job summary

NRI Distribution is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join our Operations team in Los Angeles. The role involves accurate data entry, document integrity, and supporting shipment processes, with a Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm schedule and starting pay of $19.50–$21.50 per hour.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ months of administrative experience, proficiency in Outlook and Excel, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have 6+ months of administrative experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel
• Preferred knowledge of creating SSCC labels
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform duties in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Assists with data entry and maintains accurate documentation
• Maintains records of inbound and outbound shipments
• Enters documents into Aspire and supports label creation
• Supports with appointment setting for inbound/outbound shipments
