Job summary

SPS Companies Fire Protection Division (Pipe Fabricators) in Maple Grove, MN is seeking a Data Entry/Digitizer to join our team. In this role you will hand-enter or digitally process project data, support the sales team, review fabrication paperwork for accuracy, and prepare quotes and job folders for production.

The position is full-time with hours 7am–3:30pm; we offer medical, dental, life, AD&D and disability coverage after eligibility and a pre-employment background check.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Accurate typing and 10-key data entry skills.
• Ability to support customers and sales teams via email and phone.

Responsibilities

• Hand enter or digitally process projects.
• Work with sales to ensure complete communication from start to finish.
• Review fabrication paperwork for accuracy.
• Upload, prepare, and process fabrication quotes for customers.
• Print fabrication paperwork and labels; prepare job folders for production lines.
• Prioritize and complete a variety of tasks in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot issues with customers if fabrication files are incorrect.
