Qualifications

• Accurate typing/10 key proficiency.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to prioritize and complete diverse tasks in a timely manner.
• Experience with data entry/digitizing and handling project paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Hand enter or digitally process projects.
• Coordinate with sales team to ensure clear communication from start to finish.
• Review fabrication paperwork for accuracy.
• Upload, prepare, and process fabrication quotes for customers.
• Print fabrication paperwork and labels and prepare job folders for production lines.
• Troubleshoot issues with fabrication files by customers.
