Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry / Billing Admin to support accurate billing, rebate processing, and service-tracking tasks. The role requires strong data management across Excel and Google Sheets, plus experience with customer portals.

The ideal candidate will have high attention to detail and a strong proficiency in managing complex data sets across multiple platforms.Duties & ResponsibilitiesBilling Account Creation: Create new billing accounts within the system to ensure accurate customer records.Billing Rebate Management: Compare property address data across multiple spreadsheets and system of record to identify and log matches for billing rebate purposes, and update reports on a monthly and quarterly basis.Portal Management: Log in to National Account customer portals to monitor and track technician service activity.Work Order Oversight: Identify service work orders that have not been completed by technicians and flag them for follow-up.Reporting: Compile and distribute weekly spreadsheets for supervisors to ensure all work orders are completed and ready for billing.Data Integrity: Maintain high standards of data accuracy across Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.Billing Execution: Responsible for processing daily and monthly billing tasks.Candidate RequirementsEducationHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.Associates degree or related field OR equivalent years of experience.
