Job summary

Terminix International Company Limited Partnership is seeking a results-driven leader to oversee technician recruiting, training, and accountability. You will hire residential/commercial pest, termite, and lawn technicians, coach performance, and ensure service quality to maximize customer retention.

You will monitor branch scheduling, safety standards, and regulatory compliance while controlling staffing costs and maintaining inventory of pest control products.
