A premium food manufacturer is seeking a detail-oriented team player for a second shift position starting at 4 PM in Fall River, Massachusetts. This role involves reviewing HACCP paperwork, assisting with production tasks, and ensuring adherence to procedures in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and previous experience in a related field. Competitive pay of $17.00 to $17.43 per hour along with comprehensive benefits including health insurance and paid time off.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify department HACCP paperwork.
• Register and record key process steps from start to finish.
• Assist with pack out line set-up.
• Enter recipes into the Production database systems.
• Identify departmental yield and bottleneck issues.
• Provide production support as needed.
• Use Radio Frequency (RF) equipment.

This is a second shift position and start time is 4pm.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 to $17.43 per hour. Summary: This position requires an ability to work in a fast-paced environment, a "can do attitude", and the ability to follow procedures. Person must be detailed and team oriented.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review and verify dept HACCP paperwork
• Register and record key process steps; from start to finish of batch
• Assist w/ Pack out line set-up
• Enter all recipes into the Production database systems
• Identify departmental yield and bottleneck issues; communicate w/ Lead, Coordinator
• Production Support as needed
• Radio Frequency (RF) usage

Education and/or Experience:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
