• Register and record key process steps for each batch.
• Assist with pack‑out line set‑up.
• Enter all recipes into the production database systems.
• Identify yield and bottleneck issues and communicate with the team.
• Provide production support as needed.
• Use RF equipment as required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Review and verify departmental HACCP paperwork
• Register and record key process steps from start to finish of each batch
• Assist with pack‑out line set‑up
• Enter all recipes into the production database systems
• Identify departmental yield and bottleneck issues; communicate with Lead and Coordinator
• Provide production support as needed
• Use radio frequency (RF) equipment as required

Education and Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
