Qualifications

• Strong mathematical and verbal skills required.
• Proficient with PC software including Excel and Word.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain current and accurate data entry and related paperwork.
• Enter hardware schedules and revisions after architect approvals.
• Review report data to ensure accuracy and generate AS400 shipping tickets.
• Coordinate with other departments and customers to obtain information.
• Assist in development and maintenance of the reports program.
• Keep the work area clean, secure and well maintained.
