• Screening: Must pass a 7-year background check and a 10-panel drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Data & Inventory Management: Accurately enter and maintain shipment data, track inventory, and maintain documentation in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Warehouse Floor Support: Receive, stock, cycle count, pick, package, and ship customer-owned materials, including serialized electronics.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment (electric reach trucks, counterbalance standups, order pickers, pallet jacks, hand carts).
• Logistics & Shipping Documentation: Manage LTL shipping, generate/audit Bills of Lading, navigate Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• SLA Adherence: Maintain understanding of customer accounts and SLAs to deliver timely output.
• Facility Transition: Participate in Coppell operations with readiness to transition to Northlink (Fort Worth) later this year.

Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented, adaptable Data Entry Clerk to join our team at our Coppell facility.

Location: Coppell, TX (306 Airline Drive, Coppell, TX 75019)

Note: This position will transition to our Fort Worth facility at 15301 Northlink Drive, Fort Worth, TX 76131 later this year.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Occasional weekend support required.

Please note: This is a hybrid, warehouse-based role and is not strictly desk-bound. While you will manage shipment data and system entry, you will also work directly on the warehouse floor—assisting with receiving, stocking, pulling, and shipping customer material. We operate with an "all-hands-on-deck" approach to ensure customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and overall operational goals are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Data & Inventory Management: Accurately enter and maintain shipment data, track inventory, execute systematic transactions, and maintain supply chain documentation in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Warehouse Floor Support: Receive, stock, cycle count, pick, package, and ship customer-owned materials, including specialized inventory like serialized electronics.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including electric reach trucks, electric counterbalance standups, order pickers, pallet jacks, and hand carts.
• Logistics & Shipping Documentation: Manage LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) shipping processes, generate and audit Bills of Lading (BOLs), and navigate Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• SLA Adherence: Maintain a deep understanding of assigned customer accounts and operational SLAs to deliver timely, high-quality output.
• Facility Transition: Participate fully in day-to-day operations at the Coppell location with readiness to transition smoothly to our Northlink (Fort Worth) facility later this year.

Required Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in data entry, warehouse operations, inventory control, or supply chain logistics.
• Safety & Systems: Solid understanding of safety regulations, warehouse storage/handling techniques, and WMS navigation.
• Flexibility: Willingness to move fluidly between computer workstations and active warehouse floor duties.
• Screening: Must successfully pass a 7-year background check and a 10-panel drug screening.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse/data entry experience.
• Active forklift certification.
• Experience operating electric reach trucks, counterbalance standups, and order pickers.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

• Active warehouse environment combined with desk/computer work.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, load, and move merchandise throughout the shift.
• Comfort operating electric powered industrial trucks (PIT).
