Job summary

Lincare in Kansas City, MO is seeking a detail-oriented auditor/billing specialist to prepare and submit documentation for Medicare audits and to navigate the levels of appeal for resolution. You will ensure compliance and timely submission of required materials.

The role includes communicating Medicare policy to field staff, adjusting A/R in line with policy, and providing backup support as needed. You will also monitor Audit Delivery System reports to maintain accuracy and efficiency.

Job description

The employee is responsible for preparation and submission of documentation to various Medicare contractors, while continuing to follow the audit through the levels of appeal for resolution.
