Job summary

Delphi Technologies is seeking a DATA ENTRY CLERK for our Shipping/Receiving and Accounts Payable departments at Island View Casino Resort in Mississippi. You will match invoices to purchase orders, enter documents into Great Plains, verify quantities, and deliver items to the respective departments.

You will stamp papers, obtain signatures, and handle packing slips and shipper bills as assigned. The role requires accuracy, good computer and communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 70

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Direct liaison between Accounts Payable and Shipping/Receiving.
• Must lift/carry up to 70 lbs.
• Experience with Great Plains or accounting systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

The DATA ENTRY CLERK for ourShipping/Receiving and Accounts Payable Departments plays a vital role in maintaining proper paperwork flow between all departments. This position requires the utmost accuracy when matching invoices with purchases orders and entering documents into Great Plains Accounting System. Responsible for verifying quantities received against purchase orders. Delivers the products received to the ordering departments. Handles invoices, packing slips or shipper bills properly. Processes and stamps the paper work and obtains the appropriate signatures. Other duties and projects as assigned.

Position Requirements

High school diploma or GED. Valid Mississippi drivers license required. The Data Entry Clerk must have good computer and comunication skills, as this position acts as a direct liaison between the Accounts Payable and Shipping/Receiving Departments. Able to lift, push and carry a minimum of 70lbs.
