Kelly is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk Generalist in Dallas, TX to enter and verify information, support client delivery operations, and help ensure outputs are delivered accurately and on time. You will work with the Delivery Services teams to set up effective delivery channels and handle client inquiries.

This temporary to long-term role offers daytime hours (8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.) with hourly pay of $20 and benefits reflecting Kelly's standard offerings.

About The Role

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk Generalist to enter and verify information, support client delivery operations, and help ensure client outputs are delivered accurately and on time.

Location: Dallas, TX 75207
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Hours: 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.
Employment type: Temporary to Long Term

Responsibilities

• Enter alphabetic, numeric, and symbolic data using computer data-entry tools.
• Compare entered information with source documents and verify entries to identify errors.
• Support timely delivery of client outputs.
• Work with clients, Service, and Implementation teams to set up the most effective delivery channels.
• Handle client-facing contacts routed through the Delivery Services virtual call center, including inquiries from ADP business units and their clients.
• Document client delivery activity in the Clarify/Siebel client relationship management platform.
• Update delivery information in ADP tools, including ETA, iServe, DNS, RUN, and Autopay.
