Craftbridge Digital is a software shop in Austin that builds and replaces business systems. We need a Data Entry Clerk for those moves.

This is a full-time, remote-from-anywhere-in-the-US role. You will key data, merge duplicates, fix addresses and dates, and log anything you can't confirm. A speed of 45+ words per minute and proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets help you succeed.

Competenze

• Experience entering data from scans, PDFs, and forms.
• Ability to merge duplicates and correct addresses/dates.
• Experience checking imports against source data.
• Fast and accurate typing (45+ WPM).
• Experience with Excel or Google Sheets.
• CRM or accounting system experience is a plus.
• Experience with 10-key numeric keypad is a plus.

When a client moves to a new system, years of records have to come along. Customers, invoices, parts lists, contracts.

Craftbridge Digital is a software shop in Austin that builds and replaces business systems. We need a Data Entry Clerk for those moves.

Full-time, remote from anywhere in the U.S.

Some records come over by script. Many don't: scanned forms, PDFs, spreadsheets with five versions of the same customer.

You key those in, merge duplicates, fix addresses and dates, and mark anything you can't confirm.

You also check the imports our developers ran against the source, a sample at a time, and log what didn't line up.

You type quickly and accurately, 45 words a minute or more.

You've sorted, filtered and cleaned data in Excel or Google Sheets.

Some experience with data entry, office administration or records work, in any industry.

A plus if you've worked in a CRM or an accounting system, or know 10-key.
