Craftbridge Digital, a software shop, is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to move legacy records during system migrations. This full-time role is remote from anywhere in the U.S. You will type quickly and accurately, merge duplicates, fix addresses andDates, and mark entries you cannot confirm.

You’ll review imports run by developers against the source data, one sample at a time, and log mismatches. Prior data-entry or records experience in any industry is fine, with CRM or accounting familiarity a

Competenze

• Fast, accurate data entry with 45+ wpm.
• Experience sorting, filtering and cleaning data.
• Proficient with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with deduping and address/date fixes.

Mansioni

• Enter records from scans, PDFs, and forms into database.
• Merge duplicates and fix addresses and dates.
