Data Entry Clerk

Description

The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for following detailed instructions and standardized procedures. This position inputs client information and payments to vendors into data software on daily basis.

This is a full-time temporary role. The expected end date of this role is April 30, 2027

Key Responsibilities

• Input client information and payments to vendors into data software.
• Prepare batch controls for applications to be processed.
• Compute totals from batch controls.
• Review applications completed by intake sites to apply a status.
• Write incomplete letters to applicants for applications received as incomplete.
• Provide backup for application intake when needed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned from time to time.

Expected Salary: $38,747.80 annually ($21.29/hour) USD. Salary scales are set according to an explicit compensation policy and relevant market data.
