The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, at least two years in staffing or workforce development, and proficiency with data entry systems and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social services, HR, communications, business, or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years' experience in staffing, recruiting, or workforce development.
• Experience with data entry, data review, and computer systems.
• Ability to understand program policy and regulatory guidance.
• Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter information into WIT/Case Management systems per procedures and timelines.
• Open, maintain, and close customer files in WIT/Case Management and SharePoint.
• Review forms for accuracy and completeness before entry.
• Maintain digital filing systems for easy retrieval.
• Perform self-audits to identify errors or missing information.
