Job summary

Dynamic Workforce Solutions in Longview, TX is seeking a Data Entry Career Navigator to support Workforce Programs by accurately entering, updating, and maintaining participant information, program records, and reporting data.

This non-exempt role requires strong data entry accuracy, familiarity with SharePoint and WIT/Case Management systems, and at least two years' experience in staffing or workforce development. Bachelors degree in social services, HR, or related field preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social services, HR, communications, business, or equivalent.
• Minimum two years' experience in staffing, recruiting, or workforce development.
• Experience with data entry and reviewing computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain participant information in the WIT/Case Management system(s).
• Open, maintain, and close customer files in WIT/Case Management and SharePoint.
• Review forms for accuracy and completeness before entry.
• Maintain digital filing systems and assist with scanning and document prep.
