We're seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QuickBooks and Excel, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple accounting functions efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts.
• Prepare financial statements, including Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, and Profit & Loss reports.
• Assist in the planning, execution, and reporting of special projects.
• Compile and review regulatory and compliance filings (quarterly and annual payroll reports, federal/state taxes, sales tax reporting, audits, and other filings).
• Process journal entries and miscellaneous postings as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in QuickBooks & Excel
• Accounting/Bookkeeping coursework helpful
• Strong technical, organizational, and computer skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with bookkeeping and payroll systems
