Job summary

TJD Financial Services is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Associate for the busy income tax season. This on-site role supports preparing, verifying, and processing client tax documents using professional tax software. Seasonal work with potential for annual return, offering a stable schedule.

Two positions are available. Primary season runs mid-January through April 15, with occasional on-call days for vacations or special projects. Remote work is not available.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent computer and Windows OS skills.
• Experience with Drake Tax Software is a plus (training provided if needed).
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow structured procedures.
• Strong team skills.

• Primary Season: Mid-January through April 15
• TWO positions are available
• EITHER :
• Mon-Wed: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Saturday availability is required)
• Tue, Thu & Fri: 9 AM – 4:00 PM; Sat : 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Additional training will be scheduled later this year and/or in early January
• Off-Season: Occasional on-call availability to fill in for vacations, sick days, or special projects
