Job summary

US Tech Solutions is seeking a Data Engineering TPM to own the roadmap across brands and translate priorities into delivery plans. You will lead Agile delivery for cross-functional teams, refine Jira backlogs, and drive end-to-end program management for complex data initiatives.

The role emphasizes stakeholder collaboration, risk management, and transparent communication to maintain momentum and align on outcomes. Based in Universal City, CA, this is a contract position.

Qualifications

• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to translate priorities into delivery plans.
• Proven ability to manage Agile delivery using Scrum, Kanban, Jira and Confluence.
• Strong communication skills and experience aligning stakeholders around outcomes.
• Background in data engineering, data platform, or data operations.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Data Engineering roadmap across brands with clear plans and outcomes.
• Lead Agile delivery for data platform teams, including standups and backlog refinement.
• Refine Jira backlogs to reflect initiatives and evolving business priorities.
• Drive end-to-end program management for multi-quarter data initiatives.
• Identify risks, blockers, dependencies, and tooling gaps to keep work moving.
• Create visibility with async updates, dashboards, and executive-level reporting.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Ad Sales, and Marketing.
• Support organizational change and scalable operating models within technical teams.
