Cloudera is seeking a Data Engineering & Streaming Specialist (Pre-sales /Customer facing) to join our US team. You will lead cloud-native data architecture designs for enterprise clients, support PoCs, and guide customers through AI readiness in data pipelines.

You will collaborate across Sales, Product, and Engineering to shape solutions, address security and governance, and help customers navigate multi-cloud deployments.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data engineering and real-time streaming use cases.
• Proven PoCs/MVPs leading to enterprise deployments.
• Ability to design cloud-native data architectures for AI readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagements with scalable data architectures and business outcomes.
• Support PoCs, solution sizing, and adoption for data prep, CDC, streaming, AI readiness.
• Troubleshoot complex data pipeline issues and guide escalations.
• Create educational materials and share best practices for cloud-native streaming.
• Influence product roadmap with customer feedback and regional requirements.
• Act as a Cloudera evangelist and speak at events; collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering.
