Cloudera is seeking a Data Engineering & Streaming Specialist (Pre-sales / Customer facing) to empower enterprise clients with scalable, real-time data solutions. You will affect product direction, enable customers during PoCs, and shape AI-ready data foundations in cloud-native architectures.

You will engage with data engineers and executives, guide technical decisions, and collaborate across Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive customer success and adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience leading mission-critical data use cases across industries.
• Design and deploy enterprise-grade data pipelines and streaming.
• Run PoCs/MVPs to enable production deployments and AI readiness.
• Address data security, quality, and governance for AI foundations.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagements by designing cloud-native data architectures.
• Provide deep domain expertise across sales cycles and PoCs.
• Troubleshoot complex data pipelines and guide escalations.
• Develop educational materials and share best practices.
• Influence product roadmap with customer feedback and requirements.
