Qualifications

• 10+ years building high-performance, reliable, secure software with distributed systems design.
• Hands-on experience with modern AI/LLM tools, agentic systems, or applied ML.
• Strong grounding in security fundamentals across web, mobile, LLM, and agentic workflows.
• Strong grasp of API & Event Driven architecture.
• Excellent presentation skills to explain tradeoffs to engineers and stakeholders.
• 1-3 years supervisory experience.
• Understanding of communication protocols for AI (MCP or A2A).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop software applications and distributed systems across web, mobile, and AI-powered products.
• Contribute to the design and development of agentic AI platforms for member-facing experiences and internal productivity.
• Apply security, privacy, and governance best practices across systems.
• Supervise team members on design and implementation of new functionality.
• Stay current on emerging technologies and evaluate their impact on value.
• Exercise independent judgment on architecture, technology choices, and project direction.
