Epsilon is a global data, technology and services company powering marketing and advertising ecosystems. We’re seeking a Senior Staff Software Engineer to lead multiple projects on the Epsilon PeopleCloud Platform, expanding architecture, data flows, APIs, and automation while ensuring scalable, reliable delivery.

You’ll mentor a small team, drive best practices, collaborate with engineering and product leadership, and contribute to data-intensive features using Databricks, Spark, and cloud

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science or electrical engineering required.
• Extensive hands-on software engineering experience (12+ years).
• Experience leading/mentoring engineering teams.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Scala.
• Proficient in cloud and distributed computing with SQL proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Plan feature development with engineering and architecture leaders.
• Write code and enforce coding standards across projects.
• Mentor a small team of developers and lead code reviews.
• Collaborate on QA automation and test case definition.
• Drive platform optimization and operational efficiency.
