You will guide architecture, drive Agile delivery across cross-functional teams, and mentor engineers while advancing performance, automation, and AI-enabled initiatives.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience building enterprise-scale software solutions.
• 2+ years leading software engineering teams.
• Backend development and data processing systems experience.
• Data engineering and integration expertise.
• Cloud-based development on GCP/AWS/Azure.
• APIs, distributed systems, containers, and CI/CD expertise.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and large language models.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/Engineering or related field.
