Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager with deep experience in data architecture, AI, and data modernization for mobility and manufacturing clients. You will lead transformative projects, drive ML/AI at scale, and coach cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced consulting environment.

You will collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, delivering end‑to‑end data solutions while managing risk, timelines, and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM; 12+ years of professional consulting experience; 12+ years designing data lake solutions; 5+ years with native cloud products (Azure or GCP).
• Hands-on coding in Python, Java, or Scala; experience in DataOps practices.
• Knowledge of data governance, security, quality, and lifecycle policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver data architecture and modernization projects for mobility/manufacturing clients.
• Mentor and coach teams; manage client relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Drive process improvement and win new business through trusted advisory relationships.
• Communicate with C-level executives and align data strategy with business goals.
• Apply Agile and Waterfall project management to control timelines and costs.
