Job summary

N-iX is seeking a Middle Data Engineer to build and scale a global Media Data Foundation for a leading European-based organization. You will own hands-on data engineering tasks, work with cross-functional teams, and turn raw media data into trusted, harmonised data products used by marketing, analytics and media teams worldwide.

The role emphasizes data pipelines, dbt migrations, data modeling in Snowflake, and integration with BI tools such as Power BI, while adhering to security, governance

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data engineering.
• Hands-on with dbt and Python.
• Strong Snowflake data modeling expertise.
• Experience with marketing/advertising data sources and APIs.
• Knowledge of RBAC, secure views, data sharing and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and optimize data pipelines for ingestion, transformation and delivery of media data.
• Design and implement scalable data models for cross-platform reporting.
• Lead the move of transformation logic to dbt and orchestrate CI/CD workflows.
• Collaborate with architects and product owners to translate designs into implementations.
• Ensure data freshness, quality, monitoring and security across pipelines.
