MFour is a data and analytics technology company seeking a Data Engineer to design, implement, and manage scalable data pipelines and platforms. You will work with Databricks and Snowflake to support engineering, product, and analytics teams.

The role covers data infrastructure, ETL/ELT workflows, and administration of PostgreSQL and MySQL databases. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and a focus on reliability and performance are key.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in data engineering.
• Proficiency in Databricks development and cluster administration.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and MySQL.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
• Optimize data architecture for real-time and batch processing.
• Integrate PostgreSQL, MySQL, Databricks, and Snowflake within the data ecosystem.
• Develop and manage Databricks workflows for ETL/ELT processes.
• Design Snowflake schemas and data warehouses for efficient querying.
• Administer Snowflake environments, including account management and performance tuning.
• Administer PostgreSQL and MySQL databases for high availability.
• Collaborate with analytics and product teams to deliver data solutions.
• Set up monitoring and alerting systems for data platforms and pipelines.
• Document workflows and best practices to foster collaboration.
