Job summary

MFour Mobile Research, Inc. is seeking a Data Engineer to design, implement, and manage scalable data pipelines supporting analytics, product, and engineering teams. You’ll work with Databricks and Snowflake to ensure robust data platforms and reliable processing of large data sets.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in data engineering, strong SQL/Python skills, and experience with cloud data ecosystems. This role is based in Kansas City with a focus on scalable, secure data solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional data engineering experience.
• Proficiency with Databricks, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines for large data volumes (structured & unstructured).
• Optimize data architecture for real-time & batch processing.
• Integrate PostgreSQL, MySQL, Databricks, Snowflake into data ecosystem.
• Develop and manage ETL/ELT using Airflow or dbt.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and ensure pipeline reliability.
• Document workflows and promote best practices across teams.
