Job summary

Capco is seeking a Data Engineer to support agile projects across data architectures, from analysis to implementation. You will work on data-lake/warehouse design, data storage concepts, and use SQL and Python to deliver robust solutions.

Qualifications

University degree in computer science, information systems, engineering or related field.
Experience with data lakes and data warehouses and data-storage concepts.
3+ years in development with SQL and Python.
Cloud experience with GCP, Azure and AWS; Big Data or enterprise databases.
Experience in consulting or banking environments.
Strong analytical and conceptual skills; collaborative team player.
Fluency in English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support agile projects across conceptual and technical design, development and optimization of data architectures.
Handle data-engineering, business-analysis and solution-design tasks and learn data-architecture topics through project work.
Design and implement efficient, transparent, high-quality data-architecture solutions with modern tools.
Take ownership of topics and lead subprojects and small project teams on architecture-related tasks.
Contribute to internal initiatives and implement ideas alongside project delivery.
