Job summary

COUNTRY Financial seeks a data engineering professional to design, develop, test, and deploy scalable data solutions across the organization. You will build data pipelines, transformations, and integrations while aligning with architecture and governance standards.

As a key technical contributor in a SAFe Agile delivery team, you’ll collaborate with product management, architecture, data engineering, and security to deliver reliable data capabilities and AI-enabled outcomes.

Qualifications

• Typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training.
• Hands-on development of data pipelines, transformations, and integrations.
• Works within SAFe Agile framework in collaboration with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, tests, and implements data solutions for scalable, reliable data products.
• Partners with onshore and offshore teams to deliver high-quality software.
• Practices DevSecOps across the development lifecycle with CI/CD and security controls.
