Job summary

COUNTRY Financial is seeking an experienced Data Solutions Architect to design, develop, and deliver enterprise data products that are scalable, secure, and governed. Qualifications

Minimum typically 10+ years of relevant experience in data engineering/architecture.
Experience designing scalable, secure data products and data models (ERD).
Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams in SAFe Agile environments.
Strong collaboration with Product Management, Architecture, Engineering and Security.
Familiarity with cloud data platforms and analytics ecosystems.

Responsibilities

Designs, develops, and delivers enterprise data solutions across the organization.
Leads creation and maintenance of solution architecture artifacts and data models.
Collaborates with stakeholders to translate business capabilities into data solutions.
Applies DevSecOps practices across the solution lifecycle (CI/CD, IaC, testing, observability).
Supports governance, security controls, and data quality standards.
