COUNTRY Financial in Bloomington, IL seeks an experienced data solutions leader to design, develop, and deliver enterprise data solutions within SAFe teams. You will leverage cloud-native platforms and DevSecOps practices to create data products, pipelines, and services powering operational, analytical, and AI-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of related experience, education and training.
• Experience leading data engineering within a SAFe Agile delivery environment.
• Proficient in modern data platforms, cloud-native technologies, and data engineering frameworks.
• Design and delivery of scalable data pipelines, data models, and governance practices.
• Strong DevSecOps mindset with emphasis on automation, security controls, and production support.

Responsibilities

• Develop data pipelines that are scalable, repeatable, and secure for dashboards, ML models, and analytics.
• Design and build data models using ERD techniques and manage data migrations.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Engineering, Security and stakeholders to translate requirements into data products.
• Iteratively deliver functionality using DevOps tools and promote best practices across the lifecycle.
• Establish data management standards, governance, security controls, and quality practices.
