COUNTRY Financial is seeking a skilled Data Engineer to design, develop, test, and implement scalable data solutions across the organization. You will perform hands-on development of data pipelines, transformations, and integrations while aligning with architecture and security standards.

You will collaborate with Product Management, Architecture, Data Engineering, and Quality Engineering in a SAFe Agile framework to deliver reliable data capabilities and production-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training.
• Experience delivering data products and data solutions across an organization.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, tests, and implements data solutions.
• Hands-on development of data pipelines, transformations, integrations, and related components.
• Partners with onshore and offshore development resources to translate designs into working solutions.
• Conducts code reviews and ensures code quality and maintainability.
