ZiMAD ищет специалиста по аналитической инженерии, отвечающего за построение и поддержку data marts для команд UA, монетизации и LiveOps. В задачи входит моделирование данных и обеспечение единообразия метрик.

Кандидат будет работать над качеством данных, оптимизацией запросов в ClickHouse и использованием инструментов типа dbt и Superset. Требуется опыт от 2 лет и уверенное владение SQL.

Qualifications

• Минимум 2 года опыта в аналитической инженерии/BI/ data engineering
• Сильные SQL-образования, чтение и отладка запросов
• Опыт работы с ClickHouse (MergeTree, ORDER BY, partition keys)
• Опыт аналитического моделирования и построения инкрементальных моделей
• Английский уровень B1–B2
• Будут плюсом: dbt, Superset или аналогичные BI-инструменты, опыт с AI в данных

Responsibilities

• Строить и поддерживать надежные датасеты (data marts) для команд UA, монетизации, продукта и LiveOps
• Готовить модели данных для людей и ИИ-агентов
• Соблюдать определения метрик и обеспечивать доверие к данным
• Контролировать качество данных, тестами и сравнениями с исходными данными
• Оптимизировать производительность запросов ClickHouse

ZiMAD develops free-to-play mobile games enjoyed by millions of players every month. Its products span user acquisition, monetization, LiveOps, and product decision-making.

Задачи

• Build and maintain reliable data marts for the UA, monetization, product, and LiveOps teams
• Prepare data models for use by people and AI agents
• Maintain core metric definitions with the team so the company can trust its numbers
• Monitor data quality using tests, freshness checks, and comparisons against raw data, and investigate discrepancies
• Optimize ClickHouse query performance

Требования

• At least 2 years of experience in analytics engineering, BI development, data analysis, or data engineering, building data models that others rely on
• Strong SQL skills, including joins, window functions, aggregations, and reading and debugging other people’s queries
• Hands‑on ClickHouse experience, including MergeTree engines, choosing ORDER BY and partition keys, and working with arrays
• Experience with analytical data modeling, including choosing table structures and grain for query patterns and building incremental, reliable models
• English proficiency at B1–B2 level
• Будет плюсом: experience with data modeling tools such as dbt, understanding of mobile app metrics (ROAS, LTV, ARPDAU, retention), experience using AI tools in data work, workflow orchestration experience, experience with Superset or another BI tool
