Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Data Engineer to join our Data Architecture & Engineering team in the United States. You will contribute to innovative data and analytics solutions across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, delivering scalable platforms for clients undergoing digital transformation.

With 4+ years of production data engineering experience and strong knowledge of cloud warehouses, streaming, and programming in Python and Java, you will work in collaborative teams on challenging projects and help

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience designing, building, and optimizing data engineering solutions in production environments.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses and streaming platforms.
• Proficiency in Python and Java.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing components of clients’ data platform solutions under guidance of a Solution Architect.
• Translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
• Ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of development items and supporting other data engineers.
• Building solutions using modern data technologies: cloud data warehouses, streaming platforms, and more.
• collaborating across data engineering disciplines including real-time data, data architecture, and AI-accelerated data engineering.
