Actively AI in New York is seeking a data analytics lead to own end-to-end analytics across product and GTM. You will architect internal systems to learn from every customer interaction and product signal, turning insights into actionable steps for the business.

You will work at the intersection of data engineering, analysis, and product thinking, shaping the tools that power AI agents and shipped experiences, while collaborating with founders and cross-functional teams.

Qualifikationen

• You will own analytics end-to-end across product, GTM, and usage metrics.
• Experience turning raw data into actionable insights for business decisions.
• Fluent in the modern data stack with strong SQL and Python skills.

Aufgaben

• Own internal metrics, dashboards, and reporting across product, GTM, and usage.
• Build systems to track, analyze, and interpret key signals across the customer and product journey.
• Help design and implement internal sensors to uncover buried insights.
• Translate messy, real-world data into clean, structured inputs for our reasoning agents.
• Define and evolve our analytics stack — dbt, Snowflake, Mode, etc. — with speed and clarity.
• Work cross-functionally with founders, engineering, and forward-deployed teams to prioritize and act on what matters.
