Job summary

Pioneering Evolution is seeking a Data Engineer to design, develop, and operate secure enterprise data solutions for the SyncPoint program in Arlington, VA. You will work with software engineers, analysts, and AI/ML engineers to build reliable data pipelines, models, and analytics services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain relational and analytical data models.
• Develop ETL/ELT pipelines for syncing data across systems.
• Build data integrations with Navy ERP, PIEE, and EDW.
• Ensure data quality, lineage, and governance across DoD environments.
• Collaborate with software engineers, AI/ML teams, and product owners.
• Maintain secure, scalable data architectures for IL4 environments.
