What You'll Do:

• Design and build robust ETL pipelines for marketing, customer behavior, and transactional data
• Manage orchestration layers with Spark and Databricks
• Perform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to profile and understand data
• Enable AI use cases through structured and enriched datasets
• Support key business initiatives: store site selection, call transcript analytics, attribution modeling
• Collaborate with stakeholders to contextualize insights and drive executive decision-making

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering
• Strong skills in Python, SQL, Apache Spark, and Databricks
• Hands-on experience with Azure Synapse, Data Factory, Data Lake
• Proficiency in relational data modeling and orchestration
• EDA and data profiling expertise
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present insights to non-technical audiences
• Power BI experience is ideal
