Job summary

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines for safety monitoring and enforcement workflows.
Develop and optimize data models and warehousing solutions for large-scale usage and safety data.
Build dashboards and reporting infrastructure to expose model behavior and enforcement outcomes.
Integrate data from multiple sources (model outputs, user reports, classifiers) into a unified analytical layer.
Implement data quality frameworks, monitoring, and alerting for safety-critical data.
Collaborate with research teams to surface insights for model improvements and safety interventions.
Develop self-service data tooling for stakeholders to explore safety data and generate reports.
Contribute to data governance including access controls, retention policies, and privacy-compliant handling.
