Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a data analytics role within dynamic organizations.
• Ability to independently frame ambiguous business problems and drive recommendations.
• Highly autonomous and resourceful with a proven track record of overcoming blockers.
• Strong SQL skills and experience extracting large datasets and building ETL workflows.
• Experience using BI tools (Tableau, Looker) to communicate insights and enable self-serve.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain canonical datasets serving as sources of truth for safety metrics.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and AI-assisted data products that empower stakeholders to analyze data independently.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Research, and Data Science to translate decision needs into consumable data products.
• Ensure analytics and visualizations are accurate, usable, and accessible.
