Job summary

Disa Consulting Services is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to lead workshops, design solutions, and drive end-to-end delivery across HCM modules in a fully remote US-based engagement.

The role requires hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud expertise, Redwood UX implementations, and familiarity with Oracle AI features, including AI Agents and digital assistant integrations, with a joining window of 15–30 days.

Qualifications

• 8-15+ years of Oracle HCM implementation experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud experience.
• Hands-on experience with Redwood UX implementations is mandatory.
• Experience with Oracle AI capabilities in HCM Cloud is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead business workshops and solution design across HCM modules.
