Job summary

Arcfield in Middletown, RI seeks a technically capable professional to tackle moderate complexity problems within a large cross-disciplinary team. Candidates should handle Linux systems and scripting, and be comfortable with C/C++, Python, Bash, and Batch in automation tasks.

Experience with unstructured data management and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance are preferred. The role involves coordination across a broad data ecosystem and networked systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's (or equivalent) with 2-4yrs of experience, or a Master's with 0-2 yrs of experience, or HS 8-10 of experience.
• Involved in the management of unstructured and semi-structured data.
• Desirable: ability to provision, configure, and set up network-accessible computers for integration in a data ecosystem; willingness to learn Sonar analysis tools and SDKs; active secret clearance.
• Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.

• Familiarity with Linux systems (Ubuntu/RHEL) and the ability and willingness to learn how to work with non-standard OS that are "Unix-like" (e.g. Dell OneFS, QTS, Cisco IOS).
• Familiarity with programming languages such as C/C++, Python, and scripting languages like Bash and Batch to support the development, maintenance, and troubleshooting of automated scripts.

• Bachelor's (or equivalent) with 2-4yrs of experience, or a Master's with 0-2 yrs of experience, or HS 8-10 of experience.

• Non-required but desirable qualifications include the ability to provision, configure, and set up network-accessible computers for integration and use within an existing data ecosystem, a willingness and ability to become proficient in the use of existing sonar analysis tools and SDKs, and an active secret clearance.
• Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.

This is the projected compensation range for this position. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
