Global Payments is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to join our BI & Data Solutions Team in Cincinnati, OH. You will transform complex data into actionable insights and design scalable data warehouse and BI solutions to influence business decisions across the organization.

You will work with stakeholders to improve reporting accuracy, enable faster decision-making, and drive data-driven outcomes that impact clients and colleagues globally.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing, developing and supporting data warehouse and BI solutions in a complex business environment.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server technologies (T-SQL, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS).
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions and deliver measurable outcomes.

What you'll own

• Design and deliver scalable business intelligence solutions that empower stakeholders with actionable insights, enabling faster, more informed business decisions across the organization.
• Drive the evolution of data warehouse architecture by building reliable, high-performing data foundations that improve reporting accuracy, efficiency and business visibility.
• Influence strategic outcomes through data storytelling and analytics that uncover opportunities, solve complex business challenges and enhance operational performance.
• Champion continuous improvement and innovation by identifying enhancements to data processes, technologies and reporting capabilities that create long-term business value.
• Strengthen enterprise-wide data confidence and adoption by delivering trusted business intelligence products that improve decision-making, stakeholder engagement and organizational effectiveness.

What you'll bring

• Proven experience designing, developing and supporting data warehouse and business intelligence solutions in a complex business environment.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server technologies, including Transact-SQL (T-SQL), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
• Demonstrated ability to analyze business requirements, translate them into scalable data solutions and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex data challenges, recommend effective solutions and drive results independently.
• A collaborative and growth-focused mindset with experience partnering with stakeholders, sharing knowledge and influencing positive change through data.

It's a bonus if you have

• Experience supporting enterprise-wide reporting and analytics initiatives across multiple business functions.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for complex data analysis, reporting and business insight generation.
• A track record of identifying process improvements and helping teams increase efficiency through automation, analytics or enhanced data capabilities.
