Job summary

Total System Services in Atlanta is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to help shape the future of data-informed decision-making. You will join our BI & Data Solutions Team to transform complex data into actionable insights that influence global business outcomes.

You will design and implement scalable data warehouses and BI solutions using SQL Server technologies, collaborating with stakeholders to drive performance, accuracy and operational excellence across the organization.

Qualifications

• Design and deliver scalable business intelligence solutions that empower stakeholders with actionable insights, enabling faster, more informed business decisions across the organization.

What you'll bring

• Proven experience designing, developing and supporting data warehouse and business intelligence solutions in a complex business environment.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server technologies, including Transact‑SQL (T‑SQL), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
• Demonstrated ability to analyze business requirements, translate them into scalable data solutions and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex data challenges, recommend effective solutions and drive results independently.
• A collaborative and growth‑focused mindset with experience partnering with stakeholders, sharing knowledge and influencing positive change through data.

It's a bonus if you have

• Experience supporting enterprise‑wide reporting and analytics initiatives across multiple business functions.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for complex data analysis, reporting and business insight generation.
• A track record of identifying process improvements and helping teams increase efficiency through automation, analytics or enhanced data capabilities.
